Working for CIAF-Milano implies the full respect of all nationalities, ethnic groups, religious, cultural or political beliefs, and in general for all minorities. CIAF-Milano deprecates all prejudices, while it values the intellectual and artistic freedom of everybody.

The photographs found in our site are the expression of the creativity and the independence of their authors, in no way they intend to offend the sensibility of the visitors. The authors of the site ensure that the work published is indeed respectful of the moral principles already stated.

The pictures resident on the site of CIAF-Milano are published uniquely for personal use: it is prohibited their use for commercial scopes as well as the publication on other sites or magazines. This also applies to alterations of the pictures. The authors can easily demonstrate that the images are their intellectual property because they possess the originals, while what is exhibited was obtained by subsampling (for digital photography) or by low definition scanner acquisition (for traditional photography). Every violation of the authors' copyright will be prosecuted by law.

Since many of the published photographs were taken in public places, it is possible that they depict people who did not authorize CIAF-Milano for the use of their image. In that case, if they wish they can ask us to withdraw immediately those pictures from the site, by writing to the email address postmaster@ciaf-milano.com.
